Owly ImagesOur core values are a big deal at Heinz Marketing. We talk about them regularly, hire new people who we feel can live up to them, and even choose our partners and customers based on them.

Earlier this month, we started a new internal, monthly recognition based on an employee who best exhibited those values recently.

Against my better judgement, the team has decided to call this award The Heinzie.

That said, I gotta say, the rotating award itself (pictured) is pretty cool.   Yes, that is a plush ketchup bottle with eyes, arms and legs.
