Marketing attribution technology is white hot right now. We’ve written in the past about our love for Full Circle CRM (if you’re in the Bay Area, join me at their conference this Wednesday). Another great tool in the attribution & reporting space is Bizible.
We see Full Circle and Bizible working in a very complimentary fashion to provide modern marketers with a comprehensive view of how campaigns interact and how marketing activity drives sales, allowing marketers to make far more intelligence decisions around budget allocation, campaign adjustments and more.
For example, Bizible reports Google Analytics style metrics for a variety of online marketing campaigns – email, search, display, video, social, etc. – directly in Salesforce, which makes evaluating and optimizing any online marketing campaign easy.
They also provide a deeper dive on user activity and history, allowing you to analyze not just last action but first action, so that you’re more accurately attributing leads, opportunities and closed deals to the true source (or sources).
