OK everyone, deep breath. June is over. Q2 is over. The first half of 2016 is over(!).
Now we slowly start the stretch run of 2016. It’s a new month and a new quarter. Your chance to evaluate what went well (and wrong) in the month and quarter past, plus recalibrate your plan for the months and quarters ahead.
I encourage you to take advantage of our quarterly review/postmortem checklist with your team, review some of the common reasons teams fall behind on their number, and ask us about our second-half sales & marketing health check.
In the meantime, I couldn’t be happier with the first half of our own 2016. We have a wonderful team, great clients, just completed a successful event in Seattle with 140 area B2B marketers, did our first Marketo Summit sponsorship and much more.
As we accelerate through the curve into July, we’re also accelerating our hiring. We have four open positions right now – three on account teams and one focused on business development.
