The way I’ve operationalized New Years Resolutions over the past few years has been to identify goals and habits. Historically I’ve managed habits with calendar reminders and checklists.
This year I’m using an app called Productive. There are numerous good habit tracking tools out there but I like Productive because it’s really easy to use, allows you to customize when you’re doing things (weekends only, work days only, etc.), and makes it easy to track and monitor progress over time.
Definitely worth a look.
