What is your email management strategy? Frequently check through out day. Keep phone with me at lunch to check if Im waiting on something.
Most essential app when traveling? weather and facebook
How do you keep yourself calm and/or focused? take breaks and go outside
What’s your perspective or approach to work/life balance? must have an “integrated life” it’s not a balance it’s how you integrate family, health, work and interests.
What apps/software/tools can¹t you live without? email, linkedin, slack, and Engagio 🙂
What’s your workspace like? few personal iteams, but bare. Work at home 30% of time

Last thing you do before leaving work? Clean up my desk/ workspace and set up calendar for next day
