Put this Post-It note next to your computer screen

Get out a clean Post-It note and write the following questions:

• What are you doing right now?
• Why are you doing it?
• What is the expected outcome or result?
• Is this the most important thing you could be doing?
• What should you be doing instead?

Put a copy on the side of your computer screen at work. Keep yourself honest, and focused.

Might also be a good idea to put these questions up in your conference rooms, too.
