Our Engagement Managers have a passion for B2B marketing and a commitment to their client’s objectives and customers using active listening and empathy to lead teams that drive real results. Currently 100% remote work, operating in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Essential Functions

Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing strategy planning and development
  • Marketing strategy implementation and execution
  • Project management
  • Client relationship development and management
  • Leadership and coaching, leading a small team
  • Opportunities to develop themselves, mentor others and contribute to our unique intrinsic environment


Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field and five (5) to eight (8) plus years’ experience in relevant marketing and project management positions, or equivalent years of combined education and relevant experience. Client management and managing direct reports experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing and sales funnel management principles, preferably in an in-house demand generation role.
  • Proven ability to contribute to marketing program execution working in cross-functional team environments.
  • Strong communication skills, including writing, editing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize and oversee multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience building and managing client-vendor relationships.
  • Prior experience tracking and managing budgets, out of pocket client expenditures.
