Michelle assists in developing demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns for Heinz Marketing. She helps design and implement content marketing, digital advertising, and sales enablement strategies with the goal of generating more leads. Prior to coming to Heinz Marketing, Michelle attended Washington State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in French language. Fresh out of college, she started as a customer success manager for a local SaaS company. After that, she took a leap of faith into inbound marketing, specializing in marketing automation and continuing down that path before coming to Heinz Marketing. While much of her experience has been technical, she would consider herself creative by nature. Because of this, she enjoys digging into multiple areas of marketing that allow her to express her creativity, solve problems, and develop new strategies.
A few of her favorite things: Thai food, traveling, spending time outdoors, playing board games (Scattergories anyone?), and spending quality time with friends and family. Go Cougs!
