Sal’s goal is simple: make B2B growth goals feel less overwhelming and more achievable. He loves sharing ideas, offering practical insights, and building trusted relationships that turn strategy into real results.

He is one of the co-founders of the Demand Gen Report publication as well as the B2B Marketing Exchange event. Throughout his career, he has held significant leadership roles, including Head of Growth & Sales Ops at Unreal Digital Group, VP Sales & Show Director at Emerald Expositions, and Head of Sales/Chief Revenue Officer at G3 Communications.

A few of his favorite things: He is a die-hard NY Yankee and NY Football GIANTS fan. He enjoys spending time with his wife, and two sons (when they have time to hang out :); as well as fishing, golfing and playing softball.
