Matt Heinz brings more than 12 years of marketing, business development and sales experience from a variety of organizations, vertical industries and company sizes. His career has focused on delivering measurable results for his employers and clients in the way of greater sales, revenue growth, product success and customer loyalty.
Matt has held various positions at companies such as Microsoft, Weber Shandwick, Boeing, The Seattle Mariners, Market Leader and Verdiem. In 2007, Matt began Heinz Marketing to help clients focus their business on market and customer opportunities, then execute a plan to scale revenue and customer growth. He launched Heinz Marketing formally in late 2008.
Matt lives in Kirkland, Washington with his wife, Beth, and a menagerie of animals (a dog, two cats, and six chickens).

Jillian Blodgett brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing communications and project management. With a proven ability to increase ROI, align marketing campaigns with business goals, and build customer relationships, she enjoys putting the project pieces together to generate measurable results.
Jillian has worked in a variety of industries with a focus on small and medium sized businesses implementing marketing initiatives and supporting sales activities to achieve growth and profit objectives. She currently sits on the board of the Puget Sound Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
Jillian lives in Bellevue, Washington with her husband Nate. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, traveling, and photography.

Elizabeth Case, Business Development Manager
Elizabeth Case brings more than 10 years of business development and sales experience, from a variety of companies. She focuses on relationship development and growing business through partnerships and referrals.
Elizabeth developed the popular Puget Sound Business Journal BizDev Seminar Series, a monthly sales training series for subscribers of the newspaper. She also launched the Career Search Seminars with the Business Journal, a spinoff of their long running Inside the Business Journal workshops. Her focus has always been to educate clients on products and services available before selling.
Elizabeth lives in Issaquah, Washington with her husband Jeremiah, and the world’s greatest yellow lab, Hank.

Maria Geokezas, Account Director
Maria Geokezas specializes in developing and executing customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives. With over 15 years of experience, she has overseen every step of the customer life cycle and managed multi-level and multi-channel marketing campaigns. Her integrative approach and collaborative style delivers quantifiable results in cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value and marketing ROI.
Maria has helped Harley-Davidson launch their popular co-branded rewards card, oversaw the REI membership program, and expanded the customer base of local companies like HomeStreet Bank and Washington Mutual. She currently sits on the board of the Puget Sound Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
Maria lives in Kirkland with her husband and no pets. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, skiing, wine tasting and yoga.

Ginny Gensler, Marketing Consultant
Ginny Gensler brings more than 15 years of experience in advertising, marketing, printing, and project management from a variety of organizations. Her career has focused on developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication plans from start to finish while exceeding clients’ goals and expectations.
Ginny is accomplished in planning processes, budget analysis, and feasibility studies with high attention to detail. She currently serves on the board of the Puget Sound Chapter of the American Marketing Association and is an associate member of American Society of Media Photographers.
Ginny lives in Seattle with her feather and fur family. In her spare time she enjoys photography, art, live music, and wine.
Vanessa Gray, Marketing Consultant
Vanessa brings 4 years of experience in marketing communications. Her career has focused on coordinating marketing plans, developing marketing strategies, supporting sales teams, and customer data research.
Vanessa lives in Seattle but often is spotted working in Bellingham or Billings, MT. In her spare time she enjoys sewing, cooking, traveling, cross-training and reading food blogs.
Elizabeth Kent, Administrative Assistant
Elizabeth brings more than 7 years of administrative support and coordination experience. With a background in theatrical stage management, she thrives on paying attention to details and wearing multiple hats. Her experience with problem solving in a small businesses environment has given a whole new meaning to, “the show must go on!”
Elizabeth lives in Seattle, Washington. In her spare time she enjoys baking, theatre productions, and exploring Puget Sound.
Melissa Kowalchuk, Marketing Consultant
Melissa specializes in customer acquisition and retention for start-up and early stage companies. Her primary career focus has been in online marketing and with over 5 years of experience she is well versed in implementing and managing social media campaigns, creating content strategy, executing email marketing campaigns, and developing and managing affiliate marketing campaigns.
Her experience in start up settings has allowed Melissa to touch all aspects of a marketing campaign and has helped developed her creative yet flexible approach. She is skilled at growing and managing online communities while finding ways to monetize and increase clients’ customer bases.
Melissa lives in Bellevue with her dog Goldie. In her free time she enjoys traveling, photography, and cooking.
