Matt Heinz brings more than 15 years of marketing, business development and sales experience from a variety of organizations, vertical industries and company sizes. His career has focused on delivering measurable results for his employers and clients in the way of greater sales, revenue growth, product success and customer loyalty. Matt has held various positions at companies such as Microsoft, Weber Shandwick, Boeing, The Seattle Mariners, Market Leader and Verdiem. In 2007, Matt began Heinz Marketing to help clients focus their business on market and customer opportunities, then execute a plan to scale revenue and customer growth. Maria Geokezas specializes in developing and executing customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives. With over 20 years of experience, she has overseen every step of the customer life cycle and managed multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. Her integrative approach and collaborative style delivers quantifiable results in cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value and marketing ROI. Maria helped Harley-Davidson launch their popular co-branded rewards card, oversaw the REI membership program, and expanded the customer base of local companies like HomeStreet Bank and Washington Mutual. She lives in Seattle with her husband and no pets. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, skiing, wine tasting and yoga.
Brian Hansford manages our marketing automation practice and specializes in developing demand generation and marketing automation strategies for our clients. Brian is a 20 year veteran of the technology industry working for organizations such at Open Text, Citrix, Attachmate and Cambridge Technology Partners. Prior to joining Heinz, Brian was the CMO at Zephyr 47 a marketing automation agency where he helped EMC Isilon win an 2011 Eloqua Markie award. Brian is an Eloqua Product Master and frequently speaks on and publishes original content on B2B marketing, database health, content marketing and marketing automation. Brian lives in Redmond, WA with his family and enjoys supporting local Boy Scout troops and he is considered one of the most popular home plate umpires for local chapters of Little League. Sheena has been doing administrative work, literally since 6th grade when the principal asked her to be a helper in the school office. Over the past 25 years, since studying Business Administration in college, she’s excelled in Office Management, Registration/Communications, and Executive Assistance. Her experience spans industries as diverse as Development, Health Care, Retail, Importing, Construction, Education, Finance, and now Marketing. In her last two positions, spanning 15 years, she’s enjoyed being actively involved in several aspects of marketing. Sheena lives with her husband in Sammamish along with their Australian Shepherds, an old cat, and the rabbits her college-age daughter conveniently left behind. She looks forward to her dinner/wine group and neighborhood book club gatherings and in her spare time she loves decorating and playing with her granddaughter.
Meghan has been working in marketing for over four years, building a wide range of skills in B2B and non-profit communications, sales acceleration strategies, and customer retention tactics. With a background in English and business, she brings strong writing skills and solid business sense to the team. She has successfully managed complex, fast-moving campaigns in email, PPC, and social. Meghan is also an Eloqua Master and building skills in marketing automation strategy. Her expertise includes coordinating website development and SEO optimization strategy, as well as content creation. She also has experience planning and executing direct response mail and mobile campaigns. Nicole Williams, Marketing Coordinator
Nicole Williams specializes in process improvement, workflow, and creative consulting. Nicole helps deliver demand generation and marketing automation services for our B2B clients working with Eloqua. She has been working with businesses and individuals for over three years to manage and improve their social media presence, provide branding insight and solutions, and create high-quality marketing materials both for web and print. Her broad range of skills allows her to provide value to clients in a wide variety of projects, including running integrated demand generation campaigns, creating and designing content, and building structure and strategy for social media execution. Nicole lives in Bothell with her husband, and enjoys running, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, making vintage cocktails, and illustration.
Rebecca recently graduated from Washington State University double majoring in Marketing and French. Rebecca runs social programs for our clients, and conducts detailed market research to understand the customer and competitive positioning. Rebecca also provides reporting and analysis on campaigns and programs. In addition to client-based work, she is finding new ways for Heinz Marketing to increase our website lead generation programs and search engine optimization. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading a great book, running outside, and practicing yoga.
Brian Degenstein, Marketing Consultant
Brian specializes in communications, brand identity, social strategy and creative consulting for companies in the B2B space. He’s been working in marketing for over four years and brings a wide range of skills providing valuable insight for clients. His expertise include event planning, print design and product development. In addition, he has developed and executed public relations strategies, managed website development and has even designed an iPhone app. Brian lives in Kirkland, and enjoys writing, photography, discovering new restaurants and running.
