After the death of her husband in 2016, Jill’s journey and motivations began changing from a sales focused career to bringing people together.
Here’s just a taste of the wisdom and insights shared … when it comes to interacting and having discussions with people where you don’t share the same opinions, beliefs, and values….It’s about:
- Curiosity and conversation, not about conversion (you won’t convince anyone)
- Asking questions

- Feeling safe and providing safety for others
- Coming with and assuming good intentions
- Sharing what you think
- Recognizing and celebrating each other’s talents (like thinkers vs. action takers)
- Learning from others
- Remembering the humanity in us all
- Not judging a book by it’s cover
- Envisioning a better future (vs. focusing on the problems of now)
- Bringing people together
- Asking “What’s Really Possible”?
