In the past, I was not the most organized person out there, but during 2021 I found an app to help me out. In order to keep my day-to-day more focused, I use the app Todoist. This is a free application that allows you to build out different kinds of to do lists to make keeping completing daily tasks a little bit more organized.

How it works:

Todoist allows you to schedule out future tasks, create tasks based on projects, and helps plan your day more effectively. With its easy and intuitive user experience, it makes for the perfect to-do list tool. Beyond just being a to-do list app, Todoist takes your list to the next level. It provides the ability to set reminders for what’s incoming in your day, and plan your day based on priority levels.

Favorite feature:

My personal favorite feature lies within the board feature. Not only can I track my own personal tasks, but I can also share out tasks with others and vice-versa. This has proven useful time and time again with my family and friends who also use the application. My favorite most recent example is when my friends and I were planning a surprise party for a friend, and we could add in all the tasks, and take the ones that were most convenient for us. The collaborative take on a to-do list is a small feature that makes a huge impact.

When it comes to planning your day, it will not only help keep you organized, but it can also save time over the long run. According to Trafft, if you spend 10-12 minutes planning your day, you’ll save up to 2 hours of time that would have otherwise gone to waste.

Todoist is an amazing option to utilize to monitor, track, and manage all of your tasks!
